Extensive experience in mineral exploration and mapping. At GTK, my focus has been particularly on battery minerals and evaluating the lithium pegmatite and graphite potential. Other familiar mineral systems are IOCG and porphyry copper, orogenic gold, VMS, and REE deposits.
Planning and execution of mineral mapping projects: bedrock mapping, soil and bedrock geochemical sampling, drill program design, drill core logging, sample analysis, reporting, and 3D modelling.
Supervision of GTK summer trainees in bedrock mapping.
Experience with research instruments and software: XRF, LIBS, XRD, Raman, hyperspectral imaging, magnetometer; ArcGIS, QGIS, Leapfrog, IoGAS, and U–Pb age determination.
In addition to an M.Sc. in Geology and Mineralogy, I hold an engineering degree in Software Engineering.
