I have a Master’s degree in Education Science. I have several years of experience in the state administration in the field of human resources, especially in recruitment and employer branding, but I have also done tasks related to competence development and employment matters in the past.
My responsibilities at GTK include recruitment to support supervisors, developing the recruitment process and employer image and international HR issues and some competence development tasks. I’m a developer by nature and I always try to identify ways to do things better
