My expertise in the field was gained in the PGE-Cu-Ni-, V-Fe-Ti- and Au-exploration projects as a private consultant or staff geologist for mining and exploration companies (such as Outokumpu Finnmines, Arctic Platinum Partnership, Mustavaara Mine Ltd.)  during several years before my joining the GTK team.  Presently my tasks in the GTK are related to mineral potential mapping with emphasis on 3D modelling, and consultancy work abroad (Laos, Myanmar, Tanzania, Cameroon, Malawi), i.e. mineral potential mapping and mineral potential evaluation, geological mapping and data management in foreign projects of GTK. I am very interested in layered intrusions, their parental magmas, dynamics and mineralization. I am competent person (European Geologist) .
