Areas of expertise:

I work at the Loppi Core archive. Here we store geochemical samples, drill cores, public samples, peat samples, museum samples, and crushed rock samples. We provide samples to researchers and for other purposes upon request.

My responsibilities include retrieving drill cores, sawing and sampling them, photography, as well as structural measurements (SUSKIS) and elemental analyses using a portable pXRF device. I also ensure the proper handling, documentation, and storage of the samples.
