A meaningful and developing internship

We systematically monitor our interns’ experiences and satisfaction with the internship in order to develop as an employer and offer interesting tasks to students.

All in all, we receive excellent ratings from interns every year. Based on the feedback, the internship is perceived as meaningful and professionally developing. The internship brings new perspectives to studies and career dreams, and for many, working at GTK has strengthened their understanding of what they want to focus on in their expertise in the future. The trainees say that they have received a warm welcome and sufficient orientation and support for their tasks. The atmosphere in our work community also receives good reviews from interns year after year.

All interns who responded to the 2025 feedback survey intend to apply for a job at GTK again.

Thesis for GTK

Are you planning a thesis? You can write a thesis for us as part of our research and development projects. The topic must meet the needs of our future projects and will be agreed upon together with your thesis supervisors.

An agreement is drawn up for the thesis, and when the work is completed, we pay the fee:

• Master’s thesis: €1,500
• Bachelor’s thesis: €500
