Introduction

SAFER research program is replacing KYT and SAFIR research programs for nuclear safety research. In the RAD-DAC project we investigate the transport of radionuclides in cementitious materials. The research is integrally linked to the safety assessment of low and intermediate level waste (LILW) final deposition. We are investigating eg. aged concrete samples that have been used in transport experiments in a partner organization.
